How else in one to judge the evolution and growth in a designer's work if not exposed to it periodically? And when it comes to a budding designer

Despite the current times of recession, fashion seems to have found a strong foothold.Budding and fast growing designers ( espacially new ones ) have hosted several solo shows in the past couple of months, each in their own individual capacity showing their flair and style for design not only in their work,but in also how they chose to show it.
